Bank of England keeps 0.1% rate

The Bank of England has kept interest rates at 0.1 percent, but it warned over an“unusually uncertain” outlook amid the pandemic.

All nine members of the monetary policy committee voted to leave rates unchanged and keep its quantitative easing programme at £745 billion. The bank also continues to consider the case for negative interest rates.
