A decision on greater lockdown restrictions being imposed in Scotland will be made in the early part of this week, Health Secretary Jeane Freeman has said.

Social distancing, handwashing and masks indoors for public places. We all need to do these things and use common sense. This virus isn’t going anywhere but lockdowns just cause peaks and troughs.

The exemption for “places of worship” is being used as a loophole for multiple households to meet up. Religious buildings should be closed, contribute nothing to jobs or economy, only facilitate the spreading of the virus to the wider community

Rory Macgill I’m around people from 20 different families for at least an hour at a time, 5-6 times a day, most of whom are not wearing masks or following social distancing at all. I am not provided with any PPE by my employer. I am not allowed to ask those around me to wear masks. Will I be fined?
