Earnings eaten into at Finsbury
Fins bury Food Group, the bread and cake supplier that employs hundreds of staff in Scotland, saw profits and revenues slip over the past year after the pandemic hit its food service operations.
But the firm hailed a“resilient” performance as it was buoyed by jump sin demand for parts of its retail business, which supplies supermarkets and shops. Adjusted earnings before tax and interest fell 4.4 per cent.
