The Queen held a Council via video link at 2.30pm. There were present: Rt. Hon. Jacob Rees- Mogg MP ( Lord President), Rt. Hon. Dr. Therese Coffey MP ( Secretary of State for Work and Pensions), Rt. Hon. Simon Hart MP ( Secretary of State for Wales) and Rt. Hon. Priti Patel MP ( Secretary of State for the Home Department). Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council. The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP ( Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen via telephone this evening.

Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, Patron, Atlantic Salmon Trust, this morning held a Meeting.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, received Barnardo's Young Carers.

KENSINGTON PALACE

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Joint Patrons, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, this morning received the Lord Hague of Richmond upon his appointment as Chairman.

The Duchess of Cambridge, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, afterwards held a Meeting with Mr. Simon Patterson ( Vice- Chairman) and Ms. Claire Wills ( Trustee) via video link.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Tommy's National Miscarriage Research Centre at the Institute of Reproductive Developmental Biology, Imperial College London, Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital, Du Cane Road, London W12, on the occasion of Baby Loss Awareness Week.
