Iana 58 If I'm in, say, tier 2, and some unclean heathens down the road are in tier 4, can I t hrow stones at them, or at least hose them down if they're walking towards my area? Also, how will I identify people from tier 5 regions, or should I be able to judge by their generally dishevelled unkempt appearance?
