Glasgow clash with Dragons off after coronavirus outbreak at Welsh club
Glasgow Warriors' upcoming Guinness Pro14 round six fixture against the Dragons at Scotstoun has been postponed after an outbreak of coronavirus cases at the Welsh club.
Dragons have been forced to call off their next two Pro14 matches, with everyone at the club self- isolating.
After seven new positive Covid- 19 tests were recorded this week, the club and the Welsh Rugby Union "collaboratively and proactively" made the decision to close the region and suspend t raining and games.
The Pro14 Medical Advisory Group gave their full backing to the decision and the upcoming round five and six games with Connacht and Glasgow Warriors have b e e n p ostponed.
The Glasgow- Dragons game was due to be played on Sunday November 15.
Pro14 Rugby will examine potential dates in early 2021 to reschedule the fixtures.

Warriors would like to wish our counterparts at the Dragons a swift return to full health and we look forward to seeing you back out on the pitch soon.”

Munster defeated Dragons 28- 16 on Sunday, but have returned a full list of negative results from their testing this week.
Meanwhile, Edi nburgh’s Pro14 Round 5 match against Cardiff Blues on Monday night at BT Murrayfield will now kick- off at the earlier time of 7.45pm.
The match had originall y been s cheduled t o t ake place at 8.15pm, but Richard Cockerill's side will now face their Conference B rivals 30 minutes earlier at the national stadium.
The fixture will be broadcast live on Premier Sports 2 and BBC Radio Scotland, with t e a ms a nnounced f or t he match- up at 12 noon tomorrow.
