Lib Dem leader Sir Ed Davey said it’s fine to leaflet door to door during a pandemic ‘as long as it's compliant with the guidance’.
@jimmurray1957 wrote: “Some guidance about how far we can go would be helpful: 7 miles is fine but 5 isn't?”
@malc_hill tweeted: “An election is nearly 4 years away so why the need for leaflets. Local council elections can be on the internet if they need to get their message over. Lib Dems in our area have been a real nuisance with their newsletters .I just transfer them from the letterbox to the shredder.”
@annif007 said: “In front door, straight out back door into blue recycling bin!”
@azrael942 wrote: “The answer should have been a resounding No. During lockdown that surely must be considered as non-vital travel!”
@confoundingfact added: “Our local (Conservative) MP has said he will phone the police if any political leaflets go through doors in the constituency.”
@moaning said: “Considering it appears the virus can live on paper for hours then this is just wrong.” @jazzybry5 repied: “What about the post service, takeaways, milk deliveries, parcels, do we cancel them because we are now incapable of washing our hands?”

@atlantisking1 wrote “These 2 are my fave Marvel characters & I liked how well the episodes stuck to their TV inspirations from 60s & 70s; but honestly, I was just barely entertained by those first 2 episodes. I really hope it's going somewhere good (I think I know what) & quickly.”
@nojonija tweeted: “I really like the fact that it seems every episode they go up a decade. Episode 1 was kinda 50’s-like, 2 was 60’s-like, and then they go to the 70’s and introduce colour (70s were when coloured TVS became the norm)”
