Nicola Sturgeon announced yesterday that Moray would ‘regrettably’ move down to Level 2 Covid restrictions and Glasgow would remain in Level 3 for at least a further week.

Why regrettable? A few ruined it for the many, get your city in order Nicola, take action, don't hold regret.

Not a Lemming

There are many in our society and elsewhere who are quick to seize any opportunity to post-rationalise their longstanding, deep-rooted and totally illogical hatred of Indians and others of different nationality or ethnicity. I wonder how many Rangers supporters in central Scotland will moan about the high incidence of Covid in Glasgow and whinge about the city having to stay in Level 3 restrictions.

Iain Mackenzie Is the “new” variant the Indian one? If so why not call it by its name. [Sturgeon] did with South Africa, Brazil and Kent variants.
