He's right. If we are not going to return to normality when all the most vulnerable are now vaccinated and hospitalisations/deaths are low, then when will we ever return to normality? What is Sturgeon waiting for? Elimination? It was clear last summer when she was talking about "elimination" in Scotland that she was speaking complete rubbish. You can't "eliminate" a virus such as this in our current global world.
