This four-part series goes behind the scenes of the Royal Marine Commandos, revealing the real story behind the green beret and the men and women who continue its legacy to this day.
From boarding teams operating on the ancient maritime smuggling routes in the Gulf to accompanying Commandos to the frozen wastes north of the Arctic Circle as they complete their winter survival training, expect drama, hair-raising moments and marines working day and night to be the best at what they do.
In the first episode we meet young recruits Dom and Kane, who are attempting to earn the prestigious Commando green beret. Tomorrow, BBC2, 8pm
REALITY The Games
The latest ITV reality show sees a dozen superfit celebs put through their paces in various sports in live shows running through the week, culminating in a final next Friday.
Those taking part are, TV presenter Olivia Attwood, influencer and model Phoenix Brown, ex-strictly pro Kevin Clifton, pop star Max George, song writer Chelcee Grimes, Harry Potter actor Josh Herdman, author, model and autism ambassador Christine Mcguinness, Coronation Street actor Colson Smith, newsreader Lucrezia Millarini, musician and TV star Wes Nelson, Emmerdale actor Rebecca Sarker and actor Ryan Thomas. The competitors have been training for weeks and will compete in various sports, from the 100 metre sprint to diving and cycling.

WELLBEING Winter Walks
Broadcaster Adrian Chiles reflects on his mental health and attention deficit disorder (ADD) diagnosis as he takes a seaside walk in this one-off documentary. Adrian has only a 360-degree camera for company, as he enjoys a stroll around Scarborough on the Yorkshire Coast.
He starts his journey at the windswept Scalby Ness where he meets craft-recycling beachcombers before heading to the mighty headland and Scarborough Castle.
Taking in the vast headland with its historic Bronze and Roman settlements, Adrian reflects on mankind’s time on earth as he absorbs the vistas across North and South Bay.
