TV and film are full of odd couples, their sparring often forming the basis of a storyline. However, we’re not expecting sparks to be flying between the latest to grace our screens – not those of an antagonistic variety anyway. Few would have thought of throwing David Jason and Jay Blades together, but the pair are about to demonstrate they have more in common than anyone previously imagined when their new collaboration begins. It’s a weekday series in which they travel the country, meeting up with craftspeople they hope can help members of the public fix problematic projects.
