Party girl Kez goes Stateside

WITH Labour seemingly in meltdown, the party’s Scottish leader Kezia Dugdale is doing her bit to hold it together by disappearing on an expenses-paid trip to the United States, courtesy of the US State Department. The junket – sorry, ‘international visitor leadership programme’ – has included visits to several US states and the White House, while on Tuesday Kezia moves to Philadelphia to witness the coronation of Hillary Clinton at the Democratic National Convention.
