I’ve had one of these on loan for the past few months and I’m smitten. It’s built to last, versatile and offers utter control over the heat. Add soaked wood chunks, slip the heat diffuser on top, and close the lid, keeping both vents open a little. The temperatur­e control is unwavering. The ribs were beautiful, with a decent smoke ring. These are expensive but if you’re going to barbecue a lot, there’s nothing better.
