Sheer joy for the innuen-duo (that’s Mel and Sue)... it’s the Great Breastish Bake Off!

- By Sanchez Manning

IT’S the hit show that always comes with a large dollop of innuendo and double entendres, normally served up by hosts Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins.

But heaven knows what the popular Great British Bake Off presenters will make of these offerings shared on the Facebook page of one of this year’s contestants.

Selasi Gbormittah, who viewers will meet for the first time when the new series gets under way on BBC1 on Wednesday, posted this photo of ‘Titty Cake Pops’ with the comment: ‘Never seen this many nipples in my life. NEVER!!!.’

Cake pops, which are currently highly fashionable among bakers, are lollipop-like cakes presented on sticks. These ones were created by Sally Wilkins, a close friend of City banker Mr Gbormittah, in support of a breast cancer charity.

An appreciative Mr Gbormittah’s verdict on her creations was: ‘These cake pops were too good,’ before he added mischievously: ‘Very tasty in the mouth.’

Ms Wilkins is credited by 30year-old Mr Gbormittah as being his mentor and he regularly refers to her on his Facebook page as the ‘master’.

Ms Wilkins follows her passion for cooking while holding down a full-time job as an investment banker. She even has her own baking website named Sally May’s Bakes where she showcases her quirky creations. Mr Gbormittah has also revealed he is a big fan of Bake Off judge Mary Berry. After buying one of her books earlier this year, he said before reading it: ‘Gotta treat MB like a lady.’
