HEALTH
The government, pledged Miss Sturgeon, will increase spending on primary care services by £500 million over the next four years.
EDUCATION
Ministers will give parents the choice of childcare they need so they are not hampered by inflexible hours imposed on them by councils. Parents would be able to choose where to spend their allocation of childcare money, effectively giving them vouchers so they can decide where to obtain their childcare.
ECONOMY
The Scottish Government will set up a Board Of Trade, ask prominent Scots to help boost Scottish exports, double the number of Scottish Development International employees working abroad and set up a permanent representative in Berlin.
