How Vodafone compares to rivals
BETWEEN April and June this year, Vodafone continued its shameful record as the most complained about mobile phone provider.
Communications regulator Ofcom logged 23 complaints for the network per 100,000 accounts. It is a fall from the peak of 32 in the final quarter of 2015, but is still more than all of the other providers combined.
The figure is also more than three times the industry average of seven.
