YOUNG GILMOUR COULD SET NEW CLUB RECORD
BILLY GILMOUR could today become the youngest first-team player in Rangers’ history at the age of 15.
The midfielder has been included in caretaker manager Graeme Murty’s 20-man squad for the Scottish Cup tie against Morton at Ibrox and may take a place on the bench.
Gilmour has featured regularly for Murty’s development side this season and was invited to train with ex-manager Mark Warburton’s first team last month.
Both Chelsea and London rivals Arsenal have been keeping tabs on the starlet, who shone for Scotland during the Victory Shield tournament earlier this term.
