FIFA president Gianni Infantino says he is ‘not at all concerned’ about hooliganism at the World Cup in Russia.

Of course he isn’t. He will be chauffeurdriven from luxury hotel to restaurant to underground stadium car park over the course of a month-long jolly.

Meanwhile, regular punters will have to steer themselves gracefully around masked mobs exuding all the malevolence of a psychotic pitbull with a thorn in its paw.
