Tory cause for a fence

THE Scottish Tories’ dapper deputy leader Jackson Carlaw does not like to get his clothes dirty and ‘forgot’ to bring a change of clothes to a council election photo opportunity with nursery children painting a fence (blue, naturally). But he was soon squeezed into a pair of old overalls – and told to get painting.
