Sibling rivalry was put to one side at full-time yesterday when the Shinnie brothers embraced after a ferocious battle at Hampden. It was glory for Graeme and agony for Andrew but, despite contrasting emotions, both shared a hug (right) at the final whistle. The Dons took the lead after just 12 seconds through Adam Rooney, Ryan Christie scored the second but Grant Holt and Dylan McGeouch dragged Hibs level at 2-2 before Jonny Hayes’ left-footed effort deflected in off Darren McGregor to seal Aberdeen’s place in the final of the Scottish Cup.
