Pippa preps for perfect pins at ‘leg school for the stars’

And guess who’s getting fit for the wedding there too!

HER derriere famously stole the show at her sister Kate’s wedding to Prince William.

But for her own ceremony, it seems that Pippa Middleton is putting the emphasis on her legs – as The Mail on Sunday can reveal that she has joined an exclusive London club that promises to create the perfect ‘Hollywood’ pins.

When she visits Grace Belgravia – where life membership costs an eye-watering £55,000 – she may even run into a key guest expected at Saturday’s wedding, as Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle has also signed up.

The women-only Knightsbridge club and spa is home to the Capri Palace Leg School, which uses a method of treatment involving mud packs, bandages, hot and cold water and stone massages pioneered by Italian anti-ageing guru Professor Francesco Canonaco.

He has been dubbed the ‘world expert’ on legs, and counts Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow and Christina Aguilera among his adoring clients.

Customers are assured that, after just one session, their limbs will feel lighter, fitter, smoother and ‘slinkier-looking’.

But Grace Belgravia has royal links that predate Pippa and Meghan’s membership. The club’s ‘medical wellbeing clinic’, which assesses the health of all new members is headed by Dr Tim Evans, who is apothecary, or GP, to the Queen.

As well as the leg school, there are plenty of other regimes that 33-year-old Pippa can use to look her best before her society wedding to businessman James Matthews in Bucklebury, Berkshire. As well as quirky work-outs involving jump boards and ballet drills, she could pick a session with the trainer Matt Roberts, best known for putting Samantha Cameron through her paces.

If any last-minute nerves keep her awake at night, then sleep enhancement classes may be just the answer.

Stresses in planning such a highprofile wedding could also be alleviated with a detox package, such as the Matcha tea therapy option – an exfoliation and mask treatment using a substance called L-Theanine, which is found in green tea and has been credited with helping Buddhist monks stay alert while meditating.

Afterwards, an ‘oxygen facial’ could be the final step to instil her with the true radiance of a blushing bride. In the treatment, pure oxygen is airbrushed on to the skin at a high pressure, apparently giving it an instant glow.

If Pippa is feeling brave, more intensive procedures include intravenous vitamin drips and acupuncture.

A wide range of weird and wonderful dishes from the club restaurant may help her stay energised without piling on the pounds – from chia seed pancakes to green papaya salad. There’s another regal link here, as chef Marcin Ksiazka learned his craft in the Royal Household’s kitchen.

And if the pressure gets too much, Pippa can always bunk off leg school to enjoy a sneaky glass of champagne – organic with no added sugar, of course.
