So the Glasgow Shettleston MSP was delighted last week when Moroccan parliament delegates told him he looked like Elton John. This could cause more problems for Orkney Lib Dem Liam McArthur, who admits he still doesn’t know all the names of fellow MSPs and keeps dashing back to his office to check.
