GUNPOWDER was more on the mind of Nationalist MSP Ash Denham when she called for the Scottish Government to be given powers to ban fireworks except at public displays. Dog would have thought Nationalists would have been more enthusiastic about celebrating Guy Fawkes, who also dedicated his life to the downfall of Westminster.
