SHOULD I TAKE ANY NAPS?

-

AS I mentioned, one of the most challenging things in the plan is getting up at the same time each morning. This helps reset your internal clock, but may also reduce the amount you sleep, building up a ‘sleep debt’. In the short term, you may find yourself feeling tired during the day and tempted to nap. Do try to resist. Napping during the day will simply make it harder for you to get to sleep at night and to stay asleep. If you find you simply must have a nap, then keep it short, preferably less than 45 minutes.
