DON’T forget these bad boys – you touch them every day. Lightly spray your diluted Zoflora mix on to a microfibre cloth and then wipe down.

YOUR TOOTHBRUSH HOLDER

THIS has got to be super-clean. Rinse out the pot regularly with bicarbonate water. Then put a couple of capfuls of mouthwash in and leave the toothbrush heads in it to soak.

BOTTOM OF YOUR PANS

THESE can be a disgrace if left too long. So cover the bottom in Fairy Power Spray for five minutes to dissolve the dirt, then rise. Rub on The Pink Stuff and scrub until it’s shiny again!

VASES

IS THERE anything worse than the smell of old flower water? Pour bicarbonate of soda inside and spray some white vinegar. Swill it around and rinse after a few minutes.

WOODEN BLINDS

CLOSE the slats and give them a once-over with a duster, then turn the slats and repeat. Add diluted Zoflora to dry kitchen roll and wipe over.

KETTLE

LIMESCALE builds up and can seriously affect your cuppas! So boil your half-filled kettle, pour in kettle descaler and leave for the recommended time. Empty then refill half way and boil again. Pour away and she’s good to go!

CUTLERY DRAWER

THIS is a haven for crumbs. I whack all the cutlery in the sink with some warm water and Fairy, then use my worktop vacuum Shelley Shark to get the bits out of the corners. Then I’ll disinfect it and put everything back once it’s dry.
