WITH a swimming pool that looks straight out of a brochure for a five-star hotel, this stunning detached villa is the perfect place for making a splash in the property market.
But you probably need to be a millionaire before you can get your Speedos wet in Treetops, in Troon, Ayrshire.
We featured this property four years ago when it was last on the market, with the then-owners seeking a little less than seven figures.
We really liked it then, but its new owners then embarked on a renovation programme so comprehensive that it could not have left much change out of £1 million.
Peter Walker, of estate agent Savills, said: ‘It is almost like a completely new house.
‘The new owners added a leisure wing – complete with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, gym and shower room.
