BE STOKE’S NEW HIGHEST
WHICH STOKE PLAYER WOULD BE IN YOUR CHAMPIONSHIP FANTASY FOOTBALL TEAM? AND WHICH OPPONENT FROM ANOTHER CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB? Campbell: I’d take Collo, a bit of defensive solidity. And Buendia, from Norwich. What a player. Collins: I’ll repay the favour and say Tye but to be fair he does score a few goals every now and again. I think I’d take Buendia from Norwich, he’s a good little player.
ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR
STATS ON FIFA? Campbell: No not at all. I’d improve my finishing, my pace, my physical is awful, passing attributes maybe a little bit higher. There area lot of things that aren’t right. I’m not sure they’ve watched me.
Collins: My pace, my shooting, my dribbling all need to go up a bit.
WHAT WAS IT LIKE WALKING OUT AT THE BET365 STADIUM FOR
THE FIRST TIME? Campbell: It was mad. I remember being in the changing room, the gaffer saying his last words and you could hear the fans. I just thought, wow, this is where I want to be. You can imagine a great experience but it was even better than that.
Collins: It wasn’t pressure, it was excitement. It was a new experience playing in front of so many for Stoke City, a massive club. I couldn’t wait to get going.
IF YOU WEREN’T A FOOTBALLER, WHAT WOULD YOU WANT TO DO? Campbell: I’d probably be doing something that involved a business as an entrepreneur.
That’s what I enjoyed at school apart from PE... but I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything apart from football. Or I could play rugby.
Collins: I’d probably be a chef. I don’t really do a signature dish. I do a bit of everything.
I haven’t mastered it yet but I’m not far off.
Campbell: He’s miles off it.
WHAT DO YOU PLAN ON DOING
WHEN YOU RETIRE? Campbell: I haven’t give it any thought.
I’m hoping I have a great career, I have enough money in the bank to start a new venture, open something up, have a good family and be comfortable in life. Maybe a little business with Collo.
Collins: I’d leave that on hold for a bit. I’d like to travel the world. You don’t get much spare time in football.
