‘Community thinking’ helps property repair company earn £9m contract
NATIONAL contractor Novus Property Solutions has extended its 2021 winning streak after securing its biggest contract of the year so far. The Festival Park business has won a £9 million refurbishment and repair contract for thousands of homes owned by regional housing association Bromford.
The contract – which covers Bromford’s homes in the
West Midlands, Shropshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire – will see Novus undertake repairs and redecoration for up to 21,000 social and affordable properties.
The contract is in place for the next six years.
There is also the option to extend for a further two years.
The latest deal follows a hugely successful summer for the familyowned business, which secured £23 million worth of new business in August and September alone.
