Feels like we’re in a vicious circle...

-

AS WE all batten down the hatches for a cost of lockdown crisis caused by the Chinese lab leak of 2019, Ukraine is busy paying the karma for a democratically elected red-rag-to-a-bull policy of gifting its nuclear deterrent to an unelected tinpot dictatorship that promised not to launch a special military oppression if it were ever stupid enough to actually just do that.

Meanwhile, over the past couple of years, democratically elected UK government officials and their cronies have been cashing in on dodgy personal protective equipment contracts with an unelected tinpot dictatorship that promised their products would actually protect from the bio-weapon they had used on us, if they were ever stupid enough to actually believe such nonsense.

You know, like asking Germany to sell us air-raid shelters during the Second World War.

Greedy energy companies have taken advantage of the situation by profiteering at everybody’s expense.

While they held us all to ransom, they have been forced to pay a one-off Government face-saving levy on half of the loot. This has now caused foregoneconclusionary inflation to spiral out of control.

Now all we have to do is get proactive, strike for more pay so we can afford the rocketing food and fuel and utility prices, until we are back at square one, playing with a higher number when counting our net worth in anxious anticipation of how long it will be next until somebody else gets greedy.

If it lasts long enough, we can again vote for a tinpot dictatorship government that cuts back on essential public services and collectivelypunishes those who can least fight back, so as to save us all a few bob.
