Sunday roast – with its wide appeal and sense of occasion – can seem the clear choice for a family gathering. It can also feel a bit wintry. So this month, we’ve taken inspiratio­n from the Greeks, with their love of Easter*, to put together a sprawling springtime banquet. Colourful salads, nods to Easter – including a traditiona­l celebratio­n bread – and a classic Mediterran­ean main course are food that all generation­s can enjoy. Yamas!
