Sunday roast – with its wide appeal and sense of occasion – can seem the clear choice for a family gathering. It can also feel a bit wintry. So this month, we’ve taken inspiration from the Greeks, with their love of Easter*, to put together a sprawling springtime banquet. Colourful salads, nods to Easter – including a traditional celebration bread – and a classic Mediterranean main course are food that all generations can enjoy. Yamas!
