Sun­day roast – with its wide ap­peal and sense of oc­ca­sion – can seem the clear choice for a fam­ily gath­er­ing. It can also feel a bit win­try. So this month, we’ve taken in­spi­ra­tion from the Greeks, with their love of Easter*, to put to­gether a sprawl­ing spring­time ban­quet. Colour­ful sal­ads, nods to Easter – in­clud­ing a tra­di­tional cel­e­bra­tion bread – and a clas­sic Mediter­ranean main course are food that all gen­er­a­tions can en­joy. Ya­mas!
