Grape & raisin salad with honey mustard dressing

A SIMPLE SALAD WITH EARTHY LEAVES AND SWEET FRUIT

Serves 6

3 handfuls baby spinach 100g grapes 190g raisins For the dressing: 1 tbsp mustard 70ml white wine vinegar 70ml olive oil 2 tbsp honey

Mix the mustard, white wine vinegar, olive oil and honey.

In a salad bowl, mix the baby spinach, grapes, raisins and dressing and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
