We only swing by a neighbourhood once a week, dropping your whole shop to your door in one go, and our drivers are incentivised to make trips in the wee hours, to avoid traffic. Measures like these mean we’ve saved 35,000 gallons of fuel. Before anything is ever packed in a van, we’ve already searched high and low for the most sustainable options on your behalf. If it’s in our shop you can be confident that it’s made by people who put the planet first. Every last bite is delivered in responsible, recyclable and returnable packaging. We reckon our boxes have saved more than 60 million plastic bags.
Organic inspiration
There’s loads more than veg up our sleeves. Choose from fruit, veg, meat and fish boxes for the best organic produce every week. And if you need a little kitchen inspiration, our recipe boxes pack up ready-measured ingredients and stepby-step instructions. With a weekly menu of 15 meals to choose from, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Peruvian Jumping Beef (right) is a delicious example. We’re even cleaning up our act in the bathroom, with sustainable swaps for toothbrushes, new plant-based sponges and organic soaps.
