Red carpet for classic

A NEW film version of Arthur Ransome’s classic novel Swallows and Amazons gets its world premiere in the Lake District tonight.

The red carpet will be rolled out at Keswick’s Theatre by the Lake. Trainspotting actress Kelly Macdonald is expected. The story focuses on four chums sailing in the Lakes.
