Marchers bombed

AT least 31 people have been killed and 160 wounded in an explosion at a march in Afghanistan.

The protesters were ethnic Hazaras demanding that a major regional electric power line be routed through their impoverished home province. Most Hazaras are Shiite Muslims but most Afghans are Sunni.

ISIS said it carried out the bombing.
