Doctor’s orders

I WAS dismayed by the Doc’s advice to someone whose mum is elderly and enjoys feeding stray cats.

He said: “Perhaps she shouldn’t be feeding what are, after all, wild animals.”

Stray cats are not “wild animals” but unfortunate creatures who have been abandoned by humans and left to fend for themselves.
