Pensions or gardening?

WE spend more time organising our garden sheds each week than we do thinking about our pensions, claims a survey by Standard Life

The study also highlights how we are prioritising our day-today money tasks such as reviewing bank accounts over longer term financial planning such as checking pensions, loans and reviewing mortgage deals.

It shows that more than a quarter of people (27%) never check their pension.

The main reason people give for putting off checking pensions is that they find it boring, says Standard Life.
