SO the man chosen to fight Scotland’s corner in the Brexit negotiations is the bombastic former Education Secretary Mike Russell. A Gaelic speaker, the SNP minister was the first person to address the European Council in the language. As long as Mr Russell knows the Gaelic for “complete dog’s breakfast” he’ll be fine going into these negotiations.
