Canoeist parade

OLYMPIC K1 canoe slalom gold medallist Joe Clarke’s victory parade will take place tomorrow.

Joe, 23, will be carried part-way along a parade route in his hometown of Stone, Staffordshire, after he won gold at the Rio Olympics.

The parade will start at the war memorial and finish at Stafford & Stone Canoe Club where he started aged 11.
