Scone travelling
I READ with interest the letter from Janet Hotson saying she had come to Hettie’s Tearoom after the Scone Spy had given us 10/10.
The most interesting part, however, was she had travelled 167 miles for that scone – just as well she thought it was “very nice”!
The day after we appeared in The Sunday Post, a couple drove up from Melrose for a “day out” for one of our scones – a round trip of 230 miles. Just how far does Scone Spy’s reach go? It would be great to hear how far your readers have travelled on the Scone Spy’s recommendation!
UNLESS criminal activity is involved, I think the fuss being made about sinister clowns is a bit over-the-top.
The creepy clowns that should be brought to book are the ones who are leading our country to rack and ruin.
