Madonna: I’ll wed my ex for $150k
MADONNA offered to re-marry her ex-husband Sean Penn to raise funds for her charity Raising Malawi.
The star asked for $150,000 to be donated to the philanthropic society in return for her tying the knot with Penn again.
Despite being outbid by another guest, Penn handcuffed himself to Madonna’s wrist and she said: “The many moments that were our marriage.”
The pair, who were married between 1985 and 1989, attended Miami’s Art Basel and were on stage to auction off some of her clothing and jewellery.
Madonna, 58, said: “I’m still in love with you,” to Penn before offering to remarry him.
The pair also auctioned photos from their wedding.
