Failing the test

THE latest figures from Police Scotland showing an increase in the numbers of drivers failing the breath-test are very concerning as it would appear the hardened drink-driver is still the main danger on our roads.

Lowering the drink-driving limit has become yet another SNP administration failure which has had no effect on those who persist in drinking well above the limit while forcing responsible drivers to change their lifestyle and decimate the hotel and pub trade in Scottish rural areas.
