Titanic auction
A FUR coat worn by a stewardess when the Titanic sank killing 1500 people was auctioned yesterday in Wiltshire, with a sale estimate of up to £80,000.
Mabel Bennett grabbed the coat for protection from the cold, as she was wearing a nightdress when lifeboats arrived.
It has been on display in the US after being sold by her family in 1999.
