City’s Maid Marian dies

A DOCTOR who played the role of Nottingham’s official Maid Marian has died of breast cancer.

Sally Pollard, 39 – whose husband Tim plays Robin Hood – died at home on Friday evening. The couple fell in love while playing the iconic characters.
