I agree with columnist Mandy Rhodes that so-called misogyny should not be criminalised.

Some women have a tendency to put up with inappropriate behaviour from men, before whinging about it afterwards.

It seems more sensible to remind a man not to be rude or to keep his hands to himself.

If all else fails, there’s always the well-placed knee where it hurts the most.

Remember, although some men can be clumsy, rude or downright crude, often it’s the poor dears’ idea of courtship. They just need a few lessons in etiquette.
