KELTY HEARTS edged it out over champions EAST KILBRIDE at K-park, goal ace Nathan Austin bagged the only goal – his 19th of the season – in the 37th minute. Kilby defender Craig Reid got a second yellow five minutes before the interval.

SPARTANS had a narrow 2-1 victory over DALBEATTIE STAR. A sub in the 84th minute paid off for the Ainslie Park side as Cameron Dawson scored the winner within three minutes of coming on. Aaron Murrell had put Spartans ahead on 32 minutes, but Lewis Sloan hit a great equaliser on 56 minutes.

BONNYRIGG ROSE thrashed STIRLING UNI 5-1 with goals from Scott Gray, Dean Brett (2), Ross Gray and an Alex Webb own goal. James Berry scored for Uni, with his team-mate Angus Mailer given a straight red in the 53rd minute for a serious fou.

CIVIL SERVICE STROLLERS beat VALE OF LEITHEN 4-2. Liam Ireland hit a 22nd-minute penalty for Vale and Chris Anderson headed the second in the 35th minute. Josh Morris pulled one back for Strollers in the 59th minute and then Andrew Mair, Cammy Muirhead and Jack Hodge gave them victory.

BSC GLASGOW had a 4-1 win over GRETNA 2008. Ross Mcmillan gave BSC an early lead, but it was cancelled out soon after by a Kevin Connolly strike. But three goals in a deadly 10-minute spell saw BSC through with Mcmillan getting his second goal in 54 minutes, Thomas Collins four minutes later and Jamie Hamilton sealing the win.

CALEDONIAN BRAVES drew 2-2 draw with BERWICK RANGERS, who led on 55 minutes with a Kevin Waugh goal, but Neil Mclaughlin equalised on 75 minutes. Lewis Barr got a second for the Wee Gers with eight minutes left, but, deep into stoppage time, Raffia Krissian saved a points for the Braves.

EAST STIRLINGSH­IRE are third after a 3-1 win over CUMBERNAUL­D COLTS. Sean Brown gave them an interval lead and Jamie Dishington got the second just after restart. Dishington got his second in the 69th minute and, although Martin Wright got one for Colts in the 75th minute, it was too little too late.

GALA FAIRYDEAN ROVERS had to battle all the way for a 3-2 win over EDINBURGH UNI, despite going ahead with a Niall Kelly goal in the seventh minute. Abdul Yussuf equalised eight minutes before the turn and Mark Waters put Uni ahead with 48th-minute penalty. Disaster hit Uni in the 74th minute when Stuart Macfarlane put through his own goal and, four minutes later, Ryan Mayer got the winner. The Fairies finished with 10 men after Levi Kinchant was sent off for a second yellow.
