Which? Best Buy Kitchens for a third year running For a third year running Andersons Kitchen manufacturers were awarded the Which? Best Buy for their kitchen cabinets. This high standard of quality threads throughout the whole

company and products on offer.

Whether it is designing a new kitchen or selecting a range of joinery products Andersons is well equipped

to deliver a range of timber, flooring, doors and hardware. The kitchen retail business is backed by the historic and fully operational sawmill on the Denton Holme site with the ability to mill and produce timber and joinery products direct to the customer.

Beginning of a new era at Andersons...

Andersons history has been developed over the years on strong foundation of delivering exceptional customer service. Growing the business in a modern competitive market place has created a new opportunity for Andersons to restructure their

management team.

Vince Woods has spent 35 years in the

industry.

After growing the business to the success it is today, along with the help of experienced management and dedicated staff, he has made the decision to hand over the reigns to the

new Sales Director Tam Branney.

Tam will now take the business forward into new dimensions to keep Andersons at the forefront in todays ever evolving market place.

Tam has worked for the Andersons group for 14 years managing the Kilmarnock branch. Having worked for the kitchen sector for over 20 years, Tam has a wealth of skills and knowledge to lead the senior

management team through this new period of growth. Tam will be focused on retaining and exceeding the company’s excellent standard of customer service.

Tam explains, “The home improvement market is ever evolving and growing - technology, customer demands and market conditions are changing and it is fundamental to encourage a new range of experience and skill into the business to drive it forward. This will ensure the Andersons brand is front of mind for

quality with our customer base.”

Encouraging a new generation into the sector

Andersons have launched an apprenticeship scheme in partnership with Carlisle College. Investing in young people and the future of the business is essential for equipping the next generation to take the business forward. Not only in the personal and professional development of the apprentices but

also for our company.

Tam, Sales Director said “Promotion around the company and new opportunities are bringing new ideas and initiatives to the table and allowing Andersons to grow and change with the industry.

Our people are our greatest assets and the knowledge, expertise and

commitment to our customers provide a solid ground to pass that on to an upcoming generation of talent.” And amidst the internal restructure at Andersons, the drive and passion for excellence remains the same, quality in products, design innovation and our service and commitment to customers will continue. As did the vision held by Thomas Andersons in 1888 when the

business started as Andersons Timber Merchants.
