SUNDAY RACING

- By Reg Moore SPORT@SUNDAYPOST.COM

Nicky Henderson is sending a small team up to Musselburgh, looking for better ground, and punters will see three top stars.

The Triumph Hurdle Trial sees him run the exciting We Have A Dream, currently an 8/1 chance for that race at Cheltenham.

A winner of the Grade 1 Champions Finale Hurdle at Chepstow last time, he is unbeaten since joining Henderson from France.

Perhaps his best effort was to smash Alan King’s City Dreamer at Doncaster by 10 lengths. That earned him a rating of 147.

Claimantakinforgan contests the Supreme Novices trial, and will be difficult to beat if repeating his last win at Ascot.

He readily disposed of Dr Des and Theclockisticking, who are rated 139 and 140 respectively. That would be good enough to win here.

Like We Have A Dream, Claimantakinforgan is 8/1 for his Festival engagement, and Henderson will be looking for authority from his six-year-old.

For all that the first two are impressive Cheltenham contenders, Mr Whipped, in the Albert Bartlett Trial, is possibly the best of the three.

Unbeaten in four, including a Grade 2 at Warwick, he steps up in trip and makes up an exciting short-odds treble for the champion trainer.
