GRETNA 2008 beat BSC GLASGOW 3-1. It was the 67th minute before Gretna went ahead with a Ewan Grandison goal and Dan Fitzpatric­k made it 2-0 in the 75th minute. In stoppage time, Jack Smith pulled one back for BSC, only to see Kevin Connolly get his 15th goal of the season to make it 3-1. BSC played the last nine minutes with 10 men after Ross Mcmillan was red-carded.

Leaders EAST KILBRIDE moved six points clear of SPARTANS after a 3-0 win over CIVIL SERVICE STROLLERS. They got two goals in the first eight minutes, with Craig Malcolm hitting the opener after four minutes and Ross Mcneill adding a second in the eighth. Sean Winter got the third just on the interval.

DALBEATTIE STAR beat STIRLING UNI 4-2, with Tommy Muir hitting a hattrick to make it three wins in seven days. Star led on four minutes with a Ross Kellock own goal, but Angus Mller equalised in the 36th minute and Kellock turned saint two minutes after the turn when he put the Scholars ahead. Soon after, Tommy Muir turned on the style and levelled. Then he scored twice in two minutes just after the hour mark to clinch victory.

EDINBURGH UNI edged out GALA FAIRYDEAN ROVERS with a late goal, the only one of the game, which came three minutes into time added from Nathan Evans.

EAST STIRLINGSH­IRE moved up to third spot when they beat VALE OF LEITHEN 2-1 with a late winner. Paul Sludden put Shire ahead after seven minutes, but Ainslie Hunter levelled just before the turn. Then, with four minutes left, goal ace Andy Rodgers hit the winner.

EDUSPORT ACADEMY were 4-2 winners over bottom side HAWICK ROYAL ALBERT, who went ahead when Stuart Macfarlane hit a fourthminu­te goal. Three minutes into the second half, Connor Higgins levelled, but Macfarlane restored the Royalists lead on 63 minutes. Thomas Garnier make it 2-2 in the 73rd minute and two goals in stoppage time from Garnier and Sofianne Zeghdane saw the mainly French side win the game.

SPARTANS crushed CUMBERNAUL­D COLTS with a 5-0 win at home to the Colts. Alan Brown put them ahead on 26 minutes and Blair Atkinson netted six minutes after the turn. Jamie Dishington got No. 3 in the 58th minute, with Atkinson getting his second goal in the 77th minute. Two minutes before the end, Guillermo Lamarca completed the rout.
