A group of straight-talking strangers – including an Irish nun, a traditional healer and her friend from South Africa, a couple of retired cops from New York, two Italian mamas and a Swedish yogi – provide guidance to Brits through a secret in-ear device.

In the first episode, 32-year-old Dan agonises over supporting his fiancee in the run-up to their wedding, while first-time dad Brett looks for guidance as he brings home his newborn identical twins.
