After immigrating to New York, young Irish woman Eilis Lacey (Saoirse Ronan) finds her homesickness gradually fades as romance sparks with a handsome plumber called Tony (Emory Cohen).

Adapted for the screen by Nick Hornby from Colm Toibin’s novel of the same name, Brooklyn is a classic, old-fashioned romance with swoonsome visuals.
